Here is the coaching process we follow at LEADERSHIP USA^®:

1. Fill in the pre-call intake form below and click submit.
2. We’ll set up a free, no-obligation phone call with you and Kathy Cooperman.
3. Using a set of assessment tools and your goals, Kathy will work with you to diagnose your challenges.
4. You and Kathy will develop your approach and create action plans.
5. Coaching commences with the skill building desired.
6. The program is evaluated and formally closes.
