We’ll be covering relational awareness, managing up and down, coaching and motivating others, aligning your goals with organizational priorities, helping your team members achieve their goals, and harnessing the value of your leadership style. Whether you are an individual contributor, team member, or team leader, you will be able to have a better understanding of what is needed to be an effective supervisor. She is a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator and a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive TeamTM Accredited Facilitator through Wiley. Jan is also a certified facilitator of the Franklin-Covey programs, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Leading at the Speed of Trust. Additionally, Jan is pursuing her Associated Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. She is a published author in several publications and is a featured author in two books, including Real World Career Development Strategies That Work.
She has been an active member of the National Speakers Association for over twenty years and previously served as president of the Northwest Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
