Description
New to the management and leadership game? That can feel overwhelming and even a little scary. This workshop has got you covered. It’s totally hands on with a mix of powerful interactive utilizing assessment tools, group activities, role-playing, and thought-provoking training. It’s set up to make you a great leader.
Did you know that a recent survey states that 40% of executives and managers fail within 18 months of a promotion or new assignment? Or that the biggest contributor to their downfall was their inability to build functional relationships in the workplace? Or that is a lack of interpersonal skills that most commonly disqualifies people from being considered for executive and upper level management position? Regardless of industry, leadership comes down to the ability to effectively communicate with, build consensus among, and create vision for – PEOPLE. When one is transitioning into leadership, new leaders vitally need to get the people part of the puzzle down before they do anything else if they hope to stay out of that 40% statistic.
This highly interactive and hands-on workshop was developed from Tony’s powerful leadership book of the same name. It will deliver the proven strategies that allow leaders to more effectively develop others, resolve conflicts, foster teamwork, and increase overall engagement and productivity.
Give us your contributors and we’ll send them back with strategies that work, mindsets that will move them forward, and skills that will allow them to lead with more ease.
