Description
How much time are you wasting in Outlook wading through messages, juggling meetings, and setting up tasks? What tips and shortcuts will help you get through your messages so you can focus on other priorities? In this session, learn tips and strategies in Microsoft Outlook to organize and prioritize email and quickly search and navigate Outlook. We ll also explore how to create tasks and appointments from email messages, manage your calendar and meetings, handle contacts, be more productive, and save time and effort.
NOTE: This class will be demonstrated in PC/Windows on the full Outlook 365 (desktop/app) version. Mac will not be covered. In addition, Dawn will touch on Outlook online and its integration with other Microsoft 365 applications.

No refunds are given for sickness or inclement weather, unless CDOT closes the roads. Registrants who do not attend and do not substitute another person will receive a recording of the event.
