January 28—February 15: 360-degree feedback survey process (will add additional program participants as nominated)
Week of February 18: First executive coaching sessions begin
Wednesday, March 6, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM: Kick-off meeting with introductions (virtual with webcam)
Learning event #1: Wednesday, March 13, 2019: Patrick Donadio, “Communicating with IMPACT: The Secrets to Presenting Yourself Powerfully”
March: First meeting with your manager (discuss goals, action plans, progress, and capstone project)
