Description
It’s never one team member who makes the difference in an organization. It’s the combination of the entire team. But sometimes, those combinations create conflicts, dissonance, silos, misalignment. When it comes down to it, your weakest team member defines the strength of your team. How strong do you think your team is now? How strong could it be?
In this session, we’ll talk about how you show up as a leader, and more importantly, how the combination of your interaction with others affects the rest of the organization.
Learning Objectives
After this learning event, attendees will know:
- How you and your team are contributing to your outcomes – both positively and negatively
- How simply “tolerating” behavior defines your culture, your organization, and your reputation
- How to up-level your team… without necessarily changing out your team members
- The single-greatest thing you can do for your team today
Instructor: Molly Wendell, CSP
Molly Wendell is committed to helping executives and leadership teams achieve their organizational goals by aligning their vision with their people – so they can be better together. With her team-first approach to leadership alignment, Molly is the go-to authority for leaders who want to go from good to great, or rather great to greater, and are willing to bring their people along for the ride. She serves as the accountability partner they didn’t know they needed, the sounding board for ideas that needed support to come to the surface, and the ultimate relationship builder between them and their team, so they can achieve alignment as a collective community.
Whether Molly is on stage as a keynote speaker, facilitating an executive offsite, hosting her own podcast, or working day-by-day with leadership teams, she always has one goal in mind: to ask the hard-hitting questions and make leaders deeply aware of their responsibility so they can call the right shots – instead of waiting for someone else to.
Molly built and ran one of the largest executive networks in the U.S. and spent twenty years working for Fortune 500 and Inc. 5000 companies running marketing and strategy. She’s authored books and courses on executive relationships and careers. And has an MBA from University of California-Irvine, and a BS in marketing from San Diego State University.
