Description
New initiatives, or projects, represent creating something new: a new way of conducting business, a new product, or a new service. Projects represent changing something for someone. They are critical to every organization, because without projects, organizations quickly fall behind the competition. Some organizations execute projects well, while others do not. So, what is the secret sauce?
This fast-paced, dynamic presentation will examine the latest tools and techniques used to successfully deliver business value using the discipline of professional project management. Together, we will explore the hottest trends in the field used by project managers from a wide range of industries and learn how common sense tools and techniques allow the delivery of innovation faster, cheaper, and with less stress. Our focus will be on examining and understanding why some techniques work in some environments and other do not, what are the key indicators of success, and provide participants with the skills necessary to effectively make use of tools that are quantitatively proven to deliver higher business value in less time.
Agile, waterfall, spiral – sometimes it seems like an alphabet soup. This presentation will cut through the jargon and examine the performance differences of various methods and the most effective tools, and give practical advice for how to deliver better, faster, and cheaper, all while keeping your people energized and engaged.
If you are a champion of innovation and seeking to add value to your organization TODAY, this is a presentation you can’t miss.
