Employee burnout is on the rise. People are tired, anxious, and finding it difficult to be their best at work and at home. A recent survey by Deloitte found that 77% of people say they have experienced burnout at their current job. The impact of burnout has resulted in increased stress, reduced productivity, and a decline in overall happiness. Employees need the tools today to better manage their time, energy, and health to avoid burnout. They also need to reconnect to the good parts of work, the joy, to help reduce stress and improve happiness. It’s time to be better than burned out. You spend a third of your life at work, why not make that time count?REGISTER FOR LIVE EVENT » REGISTER FOR LIVE STREAM »
